She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Jay N. Cohen; her brother Joseph "Joey" Flegel; and her parents, Isadore Flegel and Minnie Flegel. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Ralls (Derk) and Michelle Mitchell (Noel); her grandchildren, Dustin Ralls (Natalie) and Morgan Mitchell (Nathan Spain); and her great grandchild Daniel Ralls.
