He is survived by: his wife Dayna Osborne; his sons, Matthew Osborne of Kirkwood, MO, Mark Osborne (Anita) of Tyler, TX, Brian Osborne of Salado, TX and Christopher Osborne (Marla) of Affton, MO; his grandchildren, Tynan, Joseph, Gillian, Grace, Hope, Isabelle, Theodore Robert, Kaylee and Erin; and his siblings, Patrick Osborne and Polly Ray.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the church.
