He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Cooper; his children, Bryan Cooper (Tracy), Janis Cooper, Cindi Cooper (Tyler) and Edgecombe; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Ava, Benjamin Cooper, Tucker and Peyton Edgecombe.
He came back from the dead and made it home to spend this last year loving and laughing with his family when the doctors said it was impossible, when he was comatose for months, when his heart stopped, and his breathing stopped and sepsis and Covid and his body screamed "It cannot be done!" he did it anyway.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Compton Heights Baptist Church, St. Louis or Gateway Arch Park Foundation.
