She is survived by: her husband Dennis Ham; her children, Scott Ham (Chad Garrett) and Andrea "Andi" Warta (Tom); her grandchildren, Marisa, Kate and Eric Warta; her brother David Ryan; and her mother-in-law Helena Ham.
