He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia Ann Tyrey; his children, Renee Kaempfe (Curt Calvin), Bret Tyrey (Pamela) and Owen Tyrey Jr.; his grandson Derek Kaempfe (Tara); his great grandchildren, Sophia, Lyla and Theodore; and his siblings, Frances Moore, Donald Tyrey (Sandy) and Mary Jo Helton (Ralph).
