She is survived by: her children, Jean Simpson (Fred) of Miami, Florida, James Baxter Phillips III (Christy) of Opelousa, Timothy Phillips (Misty) of Cumming and Robert Phillips (Kathy) of Ballwin, Missouri; her brother Bill Butler of McAllen, Texas; her grandchildren, Michael, Deborah, Bogar, Sandy, Cara, Danielle, Nathan and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Greyson, Evan, Jenna, Hayden, Reagan, Campbell, Logan, Brooks, Wyatt and Millie.
