He was predeceased by: his parents, Charmian Cohn (Edlin) and Waldo E. Cohn; and his parents-in-law, Denora (Yedlin) and Ben Friedman. He is survived by: his wife Francine Friedman Cohn; his sons, Benjamin Cohn and Barton Cohn (Karen DeHart); and his sibling Dunell Cohn (Linda Rosenthal).
