He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Stacie Belew; and his siblings, Ilmer, Erwin, Arnold, Vernon, Milton, Robert, Lloyd and Irma Hacker.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Kaempfe; his children, Debbie Belew (Mark), Terry Kaempfe (Cheri) and Annette Russ (Mike); his grandchildren, Kerrie Karsten (Joel), Amy Collins (Dave), Andy Kaempfe (Jami), Chris Kaempfe (Karli) and Dana Beining (Zack); his great grandchildren, Katelynn, Ben Karsten, Annie, Addie Collins, Luke, Livvy Kaempfe, Gray and Wally Kaempfe; his brother Kenneth Kaempfe (Pat); and his sister-in-law Betsy Kaempfe.
