He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Angelica (Aricheta); his parents, Jose Leon and Basilia Garces; his children, Napoleon Leon, Olga, Rosario (John), Angela Sim (Barry), Antonina Leon (Daniel Pfyl), Joan Chwee (Thomas), Noel Leon (Cattleya) and Rachelle "Pinky" Leon; and his grandchildren, Czarina, Charmagne, J. J., Kit, Gabby, Tisha, Tristan, Tatiana, Ivan, Mandy and Niko.

He impressed upon his kids the qualities of courage, charity, gratitude, and hope.
