He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his sons, Michael, Brian (Mika) and Chuck Gaffney; and also Mary Lou.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Martin's Episcopal Church (15764 Clayton Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011).
