He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mom; his grandmother Janice M. Russom; his parents, Joe H. Russom Sr. and Tommie Smith Russom Holland; his grandson Nicholas Russom; his children, Todd Russom (Lori), Scott Russom (Julie), Kevin Russom (Cristina) and Jennifer Schrampf (Michael); his grandchildren, Taylor Lucas (Ryan), Quinn Koboldt (Nick), Kelsea Russom, Matt Kammeier, Rachel Stiens (Clayton), Victoria Jeer (Carlos), Amanda Svitnev (Alex), Devin Hughes, Alexandra Kelly (Regan), Sierra Hughes, Isaiah Hughes, Jessica Hughes, Abigail Russom, Elizabeth Russom, Hattie Russom, Joseph Russom, Shayla Russom and Tyler Schrampf; his great grandchildren, Sunny Koboldt, William, Svitnev, Teddy and Miss Elayna Kelly; and his brothers, Col. Kenneth Russom (Nancy) and Oliver Benny Russom (Salice).
