With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jamie Michelle Hoffman (Ballwin, Missouri), who passed away on March 27, 2020 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kip Hoffman and Nancy Hoffman; her sibling Lindsay Salmons (Brandon); her grandmother Leta Edmonds; her aunt Marsha Davidson (Norman); her cousins, Kristin Kemp (John), Bryan and Mark Davidson; and also, Callie, Max and Lila Kemp.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Gateway Chapter or Mid-America Transplant Services.
