He was predeceased by: his brother John J (Jack); and his parents, James Costello and Barbara Costello. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his son Mark (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Sarah Steinbacher (D. J.) and Adam (Lucy); his son Steve (Helen); his grandchildren, Ellie, Josie and Rhys; his brother Thomas P (Josephine); and his sister-in-law Rose Marie. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
