Jac Slivka Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jac Slivka of Ballwin, Missouri, who passed away on November 9, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Lyn; his grandchildren, Charlie, Claire and Riley Creely; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Montgomery (Colleen) and Missy Soebbing (Kent); and his nephews, Andrew and Sean Soebbing.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The National Park Service or The Actor's Fund.
