He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Dobbins; his son Harold Dobbins (Diana) of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Norma Elkins (Frank). He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, and 6 great, great grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
