She was predeceased by: her parents, Church and Geraldine Felicity Alfert (Claywell); her sisters, Elizabeth Jane "Betty" Buchholz and Marilyn Ann Ries; her husband Joseph Frank Zieger; and her grandson Joseph Zieger.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Zieger (Robin), Jeanne Smith (Christopher), James Zieger (Joni) and John Zieger (Justine); her grandchildren, April Strelinger (Richard), John Gallia (Toni), Gabriel Gallia, Jessica Edwards (Derek), Jaime Hurt (Bryan), James Zieger, Julia Hoeft (Josh), Jaclyn Zieger and Jared Zieger; and her great grandchildren, William Strelinger, Brady Edwards, Enzo, Rocco Gallia, Libby Hoeft, Damian and Braden Barker.
