He was predeceased by: his parents, George Heslinga and Wilma Heslinga (Lemke); his sister Jean; and his son-in-law Greg Hickel. He is survived by: his wife Kita Heslinga (Monroe); his sister Bonnie Hollingsworth (Paul); his children, Janna Hickel and Ryan Heslinga (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Carter, Elizabeth Hickel and Solomon Heslinga. He is also survived by family members and friends.
