He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Forst and Virginia Forst. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Forst; his children, Tracy Crawford (Matt Crawford), Mark Forst (Rachel) and Beth McLaughlin (Tim); his grandchildren, Ellen (Brad Jacobsen), Caitlin (Grant Cooksey), Megan (Elijah Guerra), Evan Forst, Leah Forst, Madeline Crawford, Michael McLaughlin, Lily McLaughlin and Molly McLaughlin (Grace McLaughlin); his great grandchildren, Emery and Noah Jacobsen; and his siblings, Thomas Forst, James Forst, Marian Dorna, Charles Forst, Daniel Forst, William Forst and Dianne Weaver.
