He was predeceased by: his former wife Suzanne Gillen Lowrey; his parents, Forest R. Lowrey Sr. and Marion Skinner Lowrey; and his sisters, Mary Anne, Constance and Catherine.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Lowrey and John Lowrey; his daughters-in-law, Diane and Kristen; and his grandchildren, Ariel, Brooke and Jack Lowrey. He is also survived by nine loving nieces and nephews.
