She is survived by: her children, Michelle Adams (Steve), Jeffrey Horstman and Kim Stuart; her grandchildren, Nichole, Jeffrey, Megan, Rachel, Jacob, Jennifer, Kris, Shania, Caleb and Darius; her great grandchildren, Savannah, Mikey, Kloe, Layla, Kaylee, Hannah, Jordan, Bayek and Lorenzo; and her siblings, Carol Burkart, Bill Sexauer and Cindy Hapanowicz.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Samaritans Purse or Alzheimer's Association.
