He is survived by: his wife Sara Lohutko Ahlborn; his children, Megan Santiago (Nathan) of Virginia, Christian, Melissa, Christina, Lindsey, Stephen and Jonathan; his parents, Ernest S. Alhborn and Dorothy Nicholes Alhborn; and his siblings, Eric, Gene, Lorraine Sandberg, Lynda Smith, Evan, Leslie Fabian and Lisa Young.
