She is survived by: her children, Leonard Essig (Heather), Mary Essig, Daniel Essig (Vicki) and Mark Essig (Melissa Cole); her grandchildren, Emily, Katherine, Joseph, John, Lydia Essig, Jacob, Ella Essig-Beatty and Olivia Vigee; and her siblings, Alan (Ann), Lawrence (Paulette), Thomas Fick (Carol), Edwin, George and Rosemary Fick.
