She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Eck and Madonna Eck; her children, Wayne R. Jacobi (Carol), Laura Van Hook (Eric) and Steve Jacobi; her grandchildren, Jacob Jacobi, Paul Jacobi, Ashley Zweigart (Chris), Alex Hardt (Tania), Casey Brauer (Aaron) and Jacob Van Hook; her great grandchildren, Ellie Zweigart, Morgan Brauer and Abigail Brauer; her sisters, Donna Vickers and Margaret Finke (Ken); and her husband Wayne O. Jacobi. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
