He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Scott Jr.; his grandson Josh Scott; and his brother James Scott (Jean). He is survived by: his wife Judy Scott; his children, Susan Moyer (Ben), Michelle McCoy (Craig), Jennifer Layfield (Jonathan), Kathy Scott-Boyette (Wayne), Ruth Colver (late Roy) and John Scott; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Nathan, Michael, Daniel, John Michael, Amanda, Kyle, Kennedy, Madeline, Riley, Jack, Carson and Remington.
