He is survived by: his parents, Paul and Ann (MacDonald); his siblings, Kevin (Emily Smith), Alison (Mitch Votruba) and Kathryn; his grandmother Anna May Junius; his nieces and nephews, Elsa, Leigh, Nelle, Hudson, Walker and Ford; and his friend Marilu. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
