He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhoit Clay and Ada G. Clay; and his brother Keith Clay. He is survived by: his spouse Claire Clay; his daughters, Melissa Clay, Michelle Newsham (Josh) and Sarah Clay; his grandchildren, Bailey and Sophie Hollis; and his brother Julian Clay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his many pets.
