He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick John Lally, Sr. and Bridget Agnes Lally; his brothers, Kevin and Jimmy Lally; and his brother-in-law Kevin White.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Jo Smith; his son Levi Trent Wilson Lally (Yancey Pry); his grandchildren, Victoria Belt (Corey) and Jessie Burris; his great grandchildren, Millie and Bruce Belt; and his siblings, Tom Lally, Mary Ellen White, Kathy Whitmere (Charles), Terry Lally (Kathy), Marty Lally, Micheal Lally (Brigette) and Brian Lally. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
