He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Edward Vaughan and Ozella Lee Vaughan (Alexander); and his sister Opal Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Vaughan (Turner); his sons, Kenny Vaughan, Keith Vaughan (Linda) and Kevin Vaughan; his sister Bonnie Carlile; his grandchildren, Shannon Bridges, Kara Heitman, Katie Vaughan, Sam Vaughan, Sarah Middleton, Shelby Kingston and Joe Vaughan; his son Brian Kelly Vaughan; and his siblings, Sherwood, Bob, Otis, Orvis Vaughan, Marjorie Cockrum and Maxine Vaughan. He is also survived by Seven great grandchildren.
