He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fore and Ruby Howard Fore; and his brother Donald Fore. He is survived by: his wife Martha Fore; his children, Mike Fore (Debbie) of Gepp, Arkansas and Beverly Jones (Corey) of Gepp, Arkansas; his stepdaughters, Robin Tomlinson, Melanie Yocom and Wendy Durham; his grandchildren, Mandi Rudes (Jessy), Lorin Dewey, Jonathan Dewey and Ashley Wells (Lucas); his great grandchildren, Madilynn and Jensen; and his siblings, Howard Polk Fore (Reta) and Linda Gay Hodges (Cran). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
