He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cotter; his children, Ronnie Cotter (Cathy) and Pamela Lewis (Brad); his grandchildren, Ronnie, Jr., Lizzy and Trevor; his siblings, Dwayne Cotter (Linda), Ewell "Pewee" Cotter (Patsy), Freda Rowland (Jim), Jecquita Durham, Verlene Miller and Eudene Legg (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Bob Foster (Martha) and Cathy Foster; his brother Quenton Ray Cotter; his mother-in-law Jewell Foster; and his brothers-in-law, Charlie Durham and Larry Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
