He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Derek (Sherra) and Sherri; his grandchildren, Abbigail of Bakersfield, Missouri, Case Guffey of Bakersfield, Missouri, Brynlee of Bakersfield, Missouri and Dallas Holstine of Bakersfield, Missouri; and his sister JoAnn Foster (Ken). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
