She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Bales and Pearl Branch Bales; and her granddaughter-in-law Sandra Foster. She is survived by: her children, Pansy Webb (Jerry) and Ken Foster (Jo Ann); her grandchildren, Charlotte Walker (Mark), Kenneth Don Foster (Becky), Lisa Lester (David), Doug Foster and Ron Foster (Shasta); her half-brothers, Dewayne Bales (Debbie) of Bakersfield, Missouri and Jerry Pat Bales of Bakersfield, Missouri; her caregivers, Rose Murphy and Shawn Kimbrough; her siblings, Lillian Evans, Clara Collins, Roscoe Bales and Joe Bill Bales; and her half-sister Betty Bales. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
