She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Burl and Florence Lorene Miller (Rowe); her stepmother Ruby Miller; her siblings, Reva Louise, Rowe and Burl Miller; and her daughter Barbara Cockrum (Nuel).
She is survived by: her husband Nuel; her daughters, Sherry (Bud Hayes) and Sharolette (Scott Pendergrass); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Matt, Jackie, Allison, Ashley and James; her sisters, Lena Mae Hutchison and Jeannie Pierce; and her close friend Tammy Smith. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren.
