She was predeceased by: her parents, Condy Dean Phillip and Verbial Rosalie Cornett (Cox); her husband Earl; and her sisters, Doris Lambeth and Nancy Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Norval Lyndel (Alicia) and Nova Eubanks (Martie); her grandchildren, Rosalie "Rosie" Blackstock (Joshua), Noah Eubanks, Kristoffer "Kris" Eubanks, Bon "Levi" Eubanks, Jessie Locke (Aaron), Phillip Eubanks, Caladonia "Callie" Eubanks (Luke Shortt), Norval "Tyler" Plumb (Cecilia), Brianne Plumb and Lauren Brock (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Zackary, Samson, Annabelle, Emma Grace Blackstock, Riley, Mia, Sawyer Locke, Maddix Eubanks, Olivia Plumb and Gabriella Plumb; and her siblings, Dean Reed, Juanita Dixon, Wondy Cornett, Shirley Johnson, Kay Whittaker and Jo Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
