She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Everett and Sara Amy Mae Everett (Sherman); her husband Cyrus "Puss" Heckendorn; and her siblings, Virgil, Leslie, James, Claudine Rushing and Billie Mae McGill.
She is survived by: her son Richard Heckendorn (Jill) of Ava; her grandson Colby Heckendorn (Erin); her children, Audrey and Finn of St. Louis Missouri; her granddaughter Kalie McHaffie (Cody); her children, Emma, Caden of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. and Vicky Denney (Bruce) of Seymour; her grandson Ryan Denney of Rogersville; her children, Allison, Tristan and Lillyanne; her grandson Shawn Denney; and her daughter Gentry of Seymour, Missouri..
A reception was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Seymour (214 W Clinton Ave, Seymour, MO 65746). The inurnment was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Seymour Masonic Cemetery (899 W Clinton Ave, Seymour, MO 65746).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Seymour Masonic Lodge or Seymour Senior Center.
