She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Alva Ritter and Edith Lorene Ritter (Kunze); her husband Lyle Upshaw; her sister Ella Marie King (Ritter); her siblings-in-law, Betty Elliott (Dwight) and Shirley Carroll (Harold); and her daughter Delphia "Lorene" Upshaw.
She is survived by: her nieces, Jeanetta Yost (Allen Bahnmiller) of Seymour and Terrie Welch (Terry) of Ava, Missouri; her son Charles "Chuck" King (Elaine) of Granby, Missouri; her stepdaughters, Sherry Harper (Jerry) of Madisonville and Pamela Green of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and her siblings, Edgar "Monroe" Ritter of Liberty, Linda Prock (Kenneth) of Wasola, Charles "Eugene" Ritter of Ava, Richardson "Hugh" Ritter of Ava and James "J. C.". She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
