She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Adams and Nancy Agnes Adams (Doublin); her brother Hershel Dwayne Adams; and her uncle Rudolph Doublin. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Perry of Ava, MO and James (J. C.); her wife Tabi Perry of Clever, MO; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Shelby, Lexi and Destiny; her stepdaughter Sherrie Cahoon; her siblings, Freada and Delmar Adams of Springfield, MO; and her sister-in-law Ruby Adams. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
