He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Bill Herrell, Velma Moore and Charlene Lambert. He is survived by: his parents, Hailey (Herrell) and William Robert Osburn, Jr.; his siblings, Paisley Marie and Manual Blaine; and his grandparents, Austin, Kristy Herrell, William, Jessie Osburn, Elizabeth and Shane Hogle. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many other relatives and friends.
