We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2021, at the age of 69, Sammie Clarence Shipps (Ava, Missouri), born in Heppner, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Shipps and Wilma Shipps (Spurlock). He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca Hampton; and his daughters, Cheyenne (Jolene) and Spurlock. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be made to the Murray Church.
