It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruby Alcorn of Ava, Missouri, born in Ozark, Missouri, who passed away on January 29, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Rosie Hodge; her husband Norman; her great grandchild Kaydence Rose Loftin; her great great grandchildren, Madelyn Ann and Mazi Grace Thompson; her sister Anna; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Hughes and Amy Schinkel.
She is survived by: her children, James (MaeDonna Alcorn), Norma (Leonard Thompson), Paul (Sheila Alcorn), Oren (Donna Alcorn) and Helen (Terry Hoogendoorn); and her brother Elmer Schinkel of Mexico, MO. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 37 great great grandchildren.
Due to the spread of Covid-19 we request everyone to wear a mask if attending.
