He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Oscar and Lorene Johnson (Ritter); and his brother Mikey. He is survived by: his brother Tom (Sherri Johnson) of Kenai, AK; his nephews, Eric, Doug (Megan) and Jordan (Leanna Johnson); his great-nephew Donovan; and his great-nieces, Kyla and Marlowe. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
