She was predeceased by: her father Harry Lee Bingham. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis Smith (Rist); her children, Crystal Prock and Damon Riley; her grandsons, Cody and Aaron Prock; and her brother Leon Bingham (Linda Woods). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the family as a love offering.
