He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Alva Ritter and Edith L. Ritter (Kunze); his wife Barbara Jean Hutchison; and his siblings, Ella Marie King, Stella Ann Upshaw and Edgar Monroe Ritter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda S Prock (Kenneth) of Wasola, Charles Eugene "Gene" Ritter of Ava and James Clarence Ritter (J. C.) of Pennsylvania.
