She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Louie and Allie Cordelia Andrews (Roberts); her husband Jack; her son-in-law Jeffery Brown; and her siblings, Opal Williams, Lorene Bartlett, Bill Andrews, Vernie Andrews, Helen Nelson, Gene Andrews and Joann Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Morrow (Alvin), Merl Forrest (Vicki), Mike Forrest (Rachel), Kevin Forrest (Kirsten) and Katrina Brown. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
