He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Leslie and Beulah Mae Hicks (Turner); and his sisters, Donna Stevens Sloan and Treva Swearingin. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Tammy (Jeff Spicer), Lisa (Robert Taylor), Kerri (Dan Hampton) and Misty (Ethan Sims); his grandchildren, Zeb (Kara), Julia, Megan (Nick), Wyatt, Emma (James), Kate, Ethan (Zoie), Eli, Olivia and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Silas, Maisy, Nora, Rhett, Logan and Lainey; and his siblings, Loretta Stiles, Sarah, Cecil Vaughn, Danny and Loretta Hicks. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Clinkingbeard Chapel (407 N Mansfield Rd, Ava, MO 65608). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Martin Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Bradleyville Church of the Nazarene or Martin Cemetery.
