He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Thomas Bell, Sr. and Geraldine Doris Bell (Ruehling); his brother Paul; his niece Lauren Schultz; and his grandparents, Richard and Minnie Ruehling.
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Wilkes; his children, Rick Bell (Heidi) and Rhonda Campion (Dustin); his grandchildren, Aidan, Sophia, Ava Bell, Austin and Nora Campion; and his sisters, Lois Bell (Glyde Burdick), Lynn Schultz (Larry) and Lori Otto (Dale).
