He is survived by: his daughter Nova Louine; his wife Wannetta; his children, Nova Eubanks (Martie) and Norval Plumb (Alicia); his grandchildren, Rosalie "Rosie" Blackstock (Joshua), Noah Eubanks, Kristoffer "Kris" Eubanks, Bon "Levi" Eubanks (Jodi), Jessie Locke (Aaron), Phillip Eubanks, Caladonia "Callie" Eubanks (Luke Shortt), Norval "Tyler" Plumb (Cecilia), Brianne Plumb and Lauren Plumb; his great grandchildren, Zackary, Samson, Annabelle, Emma Grace Blackstock, Riley, Mia, Sawyer Locke, Maddix Eubanks and Olivia Plumb; and his siblings, Dean Plumb, Jimmy Plumb (Rhonda), Jean Richardson and Katharine Shaw. He is also survived by nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
