She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Cromwell and Coletta Cromwell (Rath); her sons, Kraig, Kerry and Kelly Wellman; her siblings, Caroll Wrubelin, Theron "Terry" Cromwell and Janet Swaisgood; and her grandchildren, Misty Wellman, Nathaniel Wellman and Doug Wellman.
She is survived by: her children, Kirk Wellman (Nancy) and Kristie Tate (Mark). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; many nieces; nephews and other relatives and friends.
