She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Hartley of Ava and Glen Hartley (Laurie) of Ava; her grandchildren, Kim, Clay Allen of Rogersville, MO, Connie, Bryan Dean, Barbi, Ken Helms, Rita, Joe Swofford, Andy Hartley, Geoff and Beverly Hartley; her great grandchildren, Crystal, Dan Isaacs of Cleveland, TN, Ashley, Brent Burke, Hannah, Gabe Beck, Shawna, Brad Clevenhagen, Adam Robertson, Jesse Dean, Mac, Sam Helms, Rachel, Joey Swofford, Abby and Grant Hartley; and her great great grandchildren, Elam, Elias, Ezrah Isaacs, Evelyn Burke, Chance and Andrew Clevenhagen. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
