He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd C. Raney and Emajean Raney (Longwell). He is survived by: his wife Christy; his children, Bill Stillwell and Lisa Stillwell; his stepdaughter Tonya; and his siblings, Bill Raney, Lounett Haste (James) and Suzette McGuire (John). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to Integrity Hospice.
